Structured Finance and Securitisations Lawyer

A Top 100 law firm urgently requires an experienced Structured Finance lawyer with securitisations experience to join their team on an interim basis for 3 months starting asap.

You will ideally have experience in structured finance with experience in securitisation, capital markets securities, and debt ABF and ABS. 

Experience in equities would also be helpful but is not essential.
