THE ROLE
We have an exciting opportunity for an Associate Trade Mark Attorney c 3-4 PQE to join a highly ranked City based IP/IT team
As a member of a dedicated brand protection team providing both contentious and non-contentious advice., you will be expected to handle an exciting caseload of predominantly non-contentious prosecution work.
The practice manages the portfolios of major brand owners from leading fashion brands to entertainment businesses, and food companies to tech start-ups.
THE CANDIDATE
The successful applicant will be a CITMA qualified trade attorney with 3-4 years PQE gained at a leading law firm or trade mark attorney practice.
You will be expected to demonstrate excellent technical knowledge of UKIPO, EUIPO and WIPO practice and procedures with experience of conducting and drafting clearance searches.
This role will suit a confident and enthusiastic individual looking to make a career move to a client facing role offering a significant level of responsibility and leadership of junior team members.
