My client is a global private credit fund, based in the city. They are doing exceptionally well, with a record year last year.
They are looking to hire a strong investment funds lawyer, to come in on a 12 month FTC to work closely with the business.
The role would suit a lawyer who has strong Lux or Irish ICAV experience, particularly within fundraising and fund structuring.
The role reports to the head of the team but will be a fairly autonomous and self-sufficient role, that will work closely with the business and its clients.
The firm has an excellent culture and would suit a 5+ PQE lawyer, who trained at a top private practice firm and who ideally has private credit, or alternative funds experience.
