My client is a global private credit fund, based in the city. The business are doing very well and due to that growth they are looking to hire a senior private funds lawyer, to join the team.
They are looking to hire a strong investment funds lawyer, to support the private credit business on a range of PE, infrastructure and other funds work.
The role would suit a lawyer who has strong private open-ended and closed-ended funds experience, particularly relating to fund structuring and fund formation.
The role reports to the head of the team but will be a fairly autonomous and self-sufficient role, that will work closely with the business and its clients.
The firm has an excellent culture and would suit an 8 + PQE lawyer, who trained at a top private practice firm and who ideally has private credit, or alternative funds experience.
