The firm's Real Estate team provides a complete range of legal and advisory services on all aspects of commercial property for a variety of sectors.
You will be involved in a wide variety of commercial property matters including - advising on and drafting terms, development agreements, planning and site disposal matters, funding arrangements, freehold transfer and associated due diligence procedures, grant assignment and lease renewals.
