An established Chambers listed national law firm is seeking a construction lawyer for its highly regarded Legal 500 team which acts for high profile clients.
You will ideally be a non-contentious construction solicitor with between 1-5 years' PQE who has a high level of technical experience in drafting and negotiating JCT amendments, consultants’ appointments and warranties. You will ideally have some experience of NEC too but this is not essential. The role will see you work as part of a team dealing with property development projects for employers and providing construction law assistance to the property lawyers dealing with the development documents.
The team is involved in due diligence for funders and purchasers, advising consultants on their appointments and, subject to previous experience, advising specialist contractors/sub-contractors.
You can expect a leading regional salary and full benefits, in a role that will enable to develop your experience and legal career further within a progressive and dynamic law firm. Apply now to be considered or get in touch with Stephen Chantry with any questions.
