Our leading London law firm client is seeking a HR and Recruitment Administrator to provide generalist administrative support to the HR and Recruitment teams and the wider business on a 6m Fixed Term Contract. This position will support areas such as payroll, interview arrangements, on-boarding, benefits and assisting the HR Administrator in the maintenance of the HRIS (Cascade). Responsibilities Include: - Assisting with the administrative support for the full employee lifecycle including onboarding & induction, leavers and changes etc;- Dealing with general HR enquiries from staff and partners; - Working closely with the HR Administrator to keep the HR database accurate, up-to-date and secure, ensure that they are being used effectively; - Assisting the current HR Administrator with payroll collation and changes each month; and the arrangement of interviews as part of the recruitment process; - Assisting the recruitment manager in administrative tasks relating to the apprenticeship and graduate recruitment process, including room bookings, diary management and internal communicationsSuitable candidates will have strong academics and are ideally degree educated. good time management skills and a proactive, positive and can-do attitude is essential.If this opportunity is of interest, please get in touch with Ryder Reid Legal today, without hesitation.
