Our Client, a popular lifestyle brand (listed company) is seeking to recruit a Corporate Counsel with 3-5PQE to join its Corporate Affairs team in Milan.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Affairs & Group Functions based in Milan you will have the following responsibilities:
- Corporate governance;
- Corporate secretary;
- Implementation of the Company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with corporate governance regulations;
- Management and/or support in litigation cases;
- Negotiation, drafting and management of Italian and international commercial agreements;
- Support to the team in extraordinary transactions.
The ideal candidate will need to be flexible and keen to learn.
Fluency in English is essential.
