This law firm is recruiting for a qualified family solicitor or chartered legal executive into its very busy family law department in Bristol. The team has grown significantly over the last few years and continues to be extremely busy. They are therefore searching for a qualified solicitor or legal executive with at least 3 years’ experience advising on a family law caseload.
You will be advising clients on privately funded family law, to include divorce, separation, financial settlements, cohabitation and children matters.
Certainly for the time being, unusually, in this role you will never be required to do any business development!
Those from both private and public family law backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
You will inherit a caseload and will likely have paralegal support from day one.
This can be offered as a full-time work from home role. Ideally you should be based in the South West region as team meetings will take place in the Bristol office. You will have regular video catchups with the team. You may of course prefer to be entirely office-based or work a mixed week from home and in the office, which is also fine.
There is also the possibility to flex your working day to suit your needs (ie early or late starts/finishes). This is a full-time role.
Salary up to £60k + parking space and excellent benefits, including gym membership.
