Childcare Lawyer

Childcare Lawyer - Remote Working – Full Time – Initially 3 months

Venn Group’s specialist legal team are currently working with a busy Local Authority, who are known for their excellent quality of work, who are recruiting for a Locum Childcare Lawyer to join their department.

This is a full-time assignment (35 hours), with the initial period 3 months and then a possibility to extend. This role will be worked on a fully remote basis, once IT equipment has been picked up in person. This role can be outside IR35 and advocacy is not a requirement as the Local Authority has an in-house advocacy team.

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Childcare Lawyer to become part of a hugely successful and progressive Local Authority. The successful Childcare lawyer will be taking on a caseload of 10-12 cases and a couple of pre-proceedings cases

The successful applicant will have a hard-working manner and progressive approach to legal services, as well as excellent technical skills.
