JOB TITLE: Locum Family Solicitor

HOURLY RATE: £30.00 - £40.00 (£DOE)

THE ROLE:
A specialist firm has an exceptional opportunity available for a talented Locum Family Solicitor to work on an interesting and complex caseload of purely private matters. You will be responsible for handling a broad caseload of Family matters and will provide helpful support and well-informed advice efficiently whilst being sympathetic and approachable. The appointed Family Lawyer will deal with a mix case load of matters to include, but not limited to, divorce, financial matters and cohabitation disputes. The successful Family Lawyer must be committed to understanding client’s requirements in order to provide accurate and effective advice. You will be able to commence the role immediately and will work remotely on an on-going basis expected to last for a minimum of 3-months.

THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate must be resilient, hardworking, and passionate about this area of law. The appointed Locum will have gained at least 2 years’ + experience in this area of law. You will be joining at a busy time you must be able to hit the ground running and adapt quickly to a busy workload. The appointed candidate will be working for a modern paperless firm who work solely on a case management system enabling the Family Locum to work successfully on a remote basis.
