This is an exciting opportunity for a Property Litigation Lawyer 3-5PQE to join an expanding and highly regarded real estate disputes practice. The successful candidate will deal with all facets of real estate disputes work undertaken by our client's busy team.
Varied workload on offer from landlord and tenant disputes to development disputes and other contractual disputes relating to commercial and residential property.
This role is working with a partner who focuses on disputes concerning property development, joint ventures, site assembly, contractual and landlord and tenant matters. He has particular experience of rights of lights and neighbour disputes, dilapidations and break right disputes.
