Job Title: Spanish Bilingual EA
Location: Central London
Salary: to £60,000
The CEO of a global business is looking for an EA, who must be completely fluent in both English and Spanish, to assist with the running of both his professional and personal life. The CEO travels extensively so there will be a lot of diary and travel arrangements as well as liaising with clients.
A selection of responsibilities will include:
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations
- Managing the CEO’s correspondence
- Coordinating agendas and managing agendas
- Full organisation of both national and international travel: trains, taxis, hotels, visas, currency, diary management etc.
- Acting as gatekeeper for the CEO and attending to his visitors
- Formatting documents and putting together reports
- Project support
Complete fluency in both Spanish and English is essential as well as very strong IT skills particularly in the use of Microsoft Office. The successful candidate must have worked at board level / senior level for either another international business or law firm. The CEO is looking for a strategically minded PA/EA, who is a self-starter and able solve problems as they arise using their own initiative. You must also have meticulous attention to detail and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
