Highly regarded national law firm providing legal and advisory services are recruiting two Regulatory Litigation Solicitors 2PQE-4PQE to join their nationally-renowned Regulatory and Advisory team.

You will have the opportunity to work for a number of the firms key strategic clients, whilst working with a range of partner leads and colleagues, whilst managing your own caseload. 

The successful candidates will be involved in providing sound, litigation advice on the following areas:

•    The merits of bringing and defending claims for: breach of contract, mis-selling, negligence and fraud
•    Corporate disputes – breach of warranty, unfair prejudice
•    Procedural steps of litigation in those areas through to trial
•    ADR including mediations and local dispute resolution
•    Instructing and working with experts and counsel
•    Dealing with complex multi-jurisdictional and multi-party litigation
•    Financial services disputes 

Experience of acting for or an interest in public bodies or Higher Education Institutions including on student related matters would be advantageous.

•    Dealing with public law decision making and disputes (including complaints and judicial review challenges)
•    Advising on and defending claims under the Equalities Act 
•    The merits of bringing and defending claims for breach of contract
•    Procedural steps of litigation in the County and High Court in those areas through to trial
•    ADR including mediations and local dispute resolution
•    Instructing and working with experts and counsel

Experience of acting for or an interest in clients in the Healthcare sector (public and private) and/or local government would be advantageous.
