Private Client Solicitor – Maidenhead, Berkshire

Excellent and discrete opening for an ambitious Private Client focused Solicitor as part of this small and friendly team.

You will ideally already have some broad-ranging Private Client practice experience but this could certainly suit a junior lawyer at perhaps 1+yrs PQE who is looking to develop their skills as well as perhaps a more experienced candidate who is already at the 4/5yrs+ level and may now be looking for ongoing progression to Associate and Senior Associate levels of autonomy and responsibility.

The day to day practice will include drafting basic wills, preparing and advising on LPAs and the administration of estates. There will also be opportunities for personal professional development whether in terms of Solicitors for the Elderly accreditation, ACTAPS or STEP qualifications. The team can rely on an established and loyal client base, often acting for generations of families through the years, so there is always an interesting and varied range of work to enjoy.

This could be a full time or part-time appointment, depending on experience. There is a very competitive salary package on offer as well as a contractual bonus structure which is designed to be achievable.
