Court of Protection Manager – This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Lawyer looking to take the next step in their career. Due to planned retirement this leading Kent firm have asked us to find them a senior figure to join their Court of Protection team with succession in mind.
About the Role
The team acts for individuals who need sound legal advice and guidance during a difficult time in the life, this could be due to learning disabilities, mental health, old age or clients who have suffered severe injuries and are incapable of making financial decisions.
You will be tasked with the overall running of the team, including the development of processes and the creation of manuals. You will be managing client affairs through Deputyship appointments and Lasting Powers of Attorney, including client visits as required by the Deputy Standards.
Candidate Requirements
They are looking for lawyers with 3-5+ years relevant PQE and who are looking to take the next step in their career with added responsibility. You will need to have a keen interest in networking and participating in marketing events, calm and organised demeaner and personable approach; with good client facing skills.
