My client is a growing Asset Management business, based in the city. Due to growth, they are looking to hire a junior - mid-level lawyer to support the business on a range of funds/asset management work.
The business covers a range of UCITS and AIFs across EMEA and they need a lawyer to work on fund structuring, raising, and distribution work.
The role would suit a 3 - 6 PQE lawyer, who trained at a top-tier law firm and ideally has some in-house exposure gained during a secondment or an in-house move.
The team is fairly small, so it gives the opportunity to work on a range of legal areas.
