The Role

  • The key role will be on domestic and international construction disputes.
  • Acting for a diverse client and sector base
  • Candidate will gain direct experience in all aspects of disputes avoidance, management and resolution of high quality, highly complex disputes in the infrastructure, construction, and transport sectors.
  • An opportunity to join a team who have a proven track record of success in providing contractual, practical, operational and risk management advice on distressed, high-value or strategically critical project
  • The role will be based in the Manchester office, with the opportunity to travel to their international office.

The Candidate

  • Candidates should have proven Contentious Construction experience.
  • Must have a proactive approach with a keen interest in Contentious Construction, Projects and Infrastructure
  • Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales
  • Ideal candidate will have a PQE of 1-4 years’.
  • Energetic, commercially minded innovative professional.
