The practice is currently looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor 10 + years PQE.
The Commercial Property team helps clients to buy, sell, lease, develop and secure finance against real estate. The team particularly specialises in investment, landlord & tenant, development (including planning & environment), property finance and rural property.
Clients include businesses and private individuals, public bodies and charities, pension trustees and their customers, farmers and landed estates.
You will be a team player with the ability to foster positive client relationships. Working as a key member of the Commercial Property Team you will be involved in many aspects of transactional property work.
