A leading multi-office regional law firm in the North Home Counties/ South Midlands region with an existing corporate commercial law practice is looking to recruit a further corporate lawyer/ corporate commercial lawyer to join their corporate & commercial legal team in the Northants/ Milton Keynes region.
The Firm & Role
This full service law firm provides a range of corporate and commercial legal services, including:
- Corporate transactions, such as Mergers, Acquisitions and Disposals
- Joint Ventures and Shareholder Agreements
- Banking & Finance matters
- Re-organisations and Structuring
- Private Equity
- Commercial Contracts
- Terms and Conditions
The role will also include taking an active involvement in business development within the Northants/ MK and wider region and assisting in building the firm’s corporate commercial legal practice further.
