Our client is a well-established Redditch based law firm. It is now seeking to recruit a Civil and Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join the team with at least three years’ PQE.
You will join the team ready and willing to hit the ground running on a varied commercial and civil litigation caseload. You will work closely with another experienced solicitor on matters to include debt recovery, breach of contract, repossession, along with contentious probate and trust of land claims. Due to the nature of the work, you must have specific experience in contentious probate and TOLATA.
This role can offer autonomy and flexibility to work from home along with the ability to grow and develop into a senior role.
