Our client is one of the world's leading asset managers with a focus in the emerging markets.
They are in search of an In-House Derivatives and ISDA negotiator for a 6-8 month contract.
Responsibilities of the Derivatives and ISDA Lawyer:
- Bespoke negotiation of Derivatives
- Project management
- Futures agreements
This is an organisation where lawyers are used in a commercial way and given a high level of autonomy. The Derivatives negotiator Lawyer role reports into the head of structured products and funds legal and there are other senior lawyers around for support.
