Litigation Solicitor

An opportunity has arisen for a Litigation Solicitor to join a Hertfordshire practice as part of their continued expansion.

You will advise and act in matters across the spectrum of general civil litigation. You will handle a stimulating caseload which would touch upon debt, insolvency, contested wills and probate, employment, company and partnership, property disputes and trusts litigation.

You will have sole conduct of your caseload and will progress matters independently with the support of a secretary. You will be able to use senior colleagues as a sounding board and benefit from their insights on complex matters.

We are interested in hearing from qualified Solicitors and FCILEx of all levels of experience. This role would be ideally suited to a Litigation Lawyer with wide ranging experience, a minimum of five years’ experience and an excellent understanding of the civil procedure rules.

The salary is negotiable and will be dependent on experience. The firm are conveniently located with multiple offices across the Hertfordshire region. Interested parties are invited to discuss their requirements upon application.
