THE ROLE
- You will be working on a broad commercial litigation caseload, including a variety of contentious matters
- You will have responsibility for running your files, but you will also be assisting more senior fee earners on larger more complex matters
- Contentious matters may include contract disputes, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence, property litigation, construction and engineering disputes, contentious probate and defamation, debt recovery, employment law (possibly including some non-contentious), and construction/engineering disputes

THE REQUIREMENTS
- You will be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years PQE in general dispute resolution
- A willingness to diversify, and get involved in wide areas of commercial litigation is desired, even if you don't have the experience in all the listed areas
- You will work as a part of a team as well as managing and developing your own caseload and assisting other fee earners where required
- You will also get involved in wider business development and marketing activities for the firm
