Commercial Property Solicitor
North Yorkshire
QED Legal are working with a long-standing and well-respected North Yorkshire law firm who are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join them in their picturesque North Yorkshire base.
Ideally someone with at least 5 year’s experience carrying a commercial property caseload you will have experience in dealing with a broad mix of matters from acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant advice as well as development work.
The client base is incredibly varied with long standing local clients to larger regional work with transactions into the multi millions.
The firm has a really relaxed and friendly feel, and the turnover of staff here is low. It is a nice place to work with great quality work away from the hustle and bustle of larger city and town practices in places like Leeds, York, Harrogate and Darlington.
Salary is competitive based on experience with great benefits.
