Commercial Litigation Solicitor

A rare opportunity has arisen with a Legal 500 recognized law firm based out of its modern commercial offices in Wigan for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor. The department is renowned for its high-quality work and excellent service provided continuously to its clients. In line with the department’s organic growth and development, the firm is seeking to appoint a confident and ambitious Commercial Litigation Solicitor (NQ to 3yrs PQE).

Your new role will see you dealing with a variety of Commercial Litigation matters including:

• Shareholder disputes
• Debt recovery
• Contract disputes
• Breaches of employment restrictive covenants

You will have a strong background in Commercial Litigation and be confident working autonomously and alongside more experienced Solicitors on very complex matters. You will work alongside the wider team and have full support from the legal assistants and juniors in the team.
