One of the UK’s top full-service law firms are looking for an ambitious Property Disputes Solicitor to join their team in Reading, Berkshire. This is an award-winning firm that’s recognised for it’s specialism in the technology and innovation sector. They require a Property Disputes Solicitor to join on a full-time, permanent contract.

Your New Role

There are numerous responsibilities that fall under the remit of the Property Disputes Solicitor, such as:

• Working on all aspects of property litigation.
• Handling matters relating to landlord / tenant law.
• Supporting the Property Litigation team within the Dispute Resolution Group.

About You

The right candidate for this position will have an array of skills and characteristics, including:

• 3 to 4 years PQE with specific experience in Property Litigation work.
• Experience with 1954 Act lease renewals, residential possession, and service charge disputes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to work unsupervised or as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits

The firm is offering a salary of between £55,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, for the right Property Disputes Solicitor. You’ll also have the chance to work in a respected commercial firm where you’ll be interacting with both UK and Europe-based multinational companies.
