We have a new opportunity for a Corporate Associate c 3 -5 PQE to handle a corporate transactional role
You will be joining a well-established corporate group in a business facing role and will play a significant role in the development and growth of a corporate practice.
THE CANDIDATE
You will have a strong M&A background and a working knowledge of corporate transactional processes gained preferably from a leading law firm
