On the back of successive years of growth, a Legal 100, multi-office firm is looking to hire an agricultural property litigation solicitor to join its Hampshire office – but there will be opportunities for home-based working.
This vibrant expanding law firm boasts one of the largest dedicated agriculture teams in the country. With the department being ranked Tier 1 in both Chambers & Partners and Legal 500. The team can offer you a range of top-quality experience and the chance of progression in a growing and supportive environment.
You will ideally be a solicitor with at least 3+ years’ PQE and have sufficient experience in either property litigation or agricultural law. The emphasis of the role will be on farm partnership disputes, farm inheritance disputes, contractual disputes, and negligence claims. If you haven’t dealt with any or all these matters, this will not be a restricting factor, what’s important is that you are someone who has excellent client care skills and are ambitious/keen to be a part of the long-term growth plans.
