Quality Assurance Analyst Insurance Law Firm

Salary: competitive
Due to expansion, a leading Law Firm are hiring for an additional Quality Assurance Analyst.
Working on key insurance accounts, the Quality Assurance Analyst will review and audit performance and processes to ensure regulatory compliance and service delivery is achieved. Working closely with the wider team you will be a key contact for all stakeholders on the file review and auditing of the key client service.
Typical duties will include; File Review, Auditing, Process Improvement, working with the fee earners on projects and delivery, central point of contact, monitor compliance within client SLA, regulatory requirements, collating information, reviewing information, performance management, auditing client performance, working to SLAs, monitoring performance, working with risk teams and other support as required.
The role would suit an experienced Audit or Quality Professional from a Legal or Insurance background.
This is a full time, permanent position. Salary is competitive. The role is based in the Manchester office but is hybrid working.
