Commercial Property Lawyer – This is an excellent opportunity to join a top Hampshire practice that offer quality work in a friendly and supportive environment.
Our client is now seeking a Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their busy Commercial department, assisting with the growing commercial property workload of both partners in the department with a view to developing and managing your own caseload.
About the Role
You will be capable of handling all aspects of commercial property work, especially loans and secured lending, all aspects of Landlord & Tenant transactions including new leases, renewals and assignments and subletting, creation, release and variation of easements and covenants including restrictive and positive covenants.
Candidate Requirements
Ideally you will be a Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1 year+ PQE and have a broad range of Commercial Property experience from a leading regional practice. You must be willing to be involved in client sourcing work and business development and be confident in promoting the firm’s values. You will be providing the highest level of service to the clients, which is tailored to their individual needs.
