Unique opportunity to join an award-winning, top tier international law firm which is now seeking an in-house commercial contracts solicitor to be a part of its growing team.
Your role will involve taking ownership for a broad spectrum of commercial contracts work, including advising, reviewing, negotiating, and drafting client contracts for a wide range of stakeholders, and assisting fee earners with procurement and contracting activities.
The successful candidate will ideally have broad commercial contracts experience (gained either in-house or private practice) and any exposure to IP, data protection or employment related matters would be highly desirable but is not essential. Consideration will also be given to those with less experience and newly qualified solicitors who have completed suitable seats. We are particularly keen to hear from individuals from a diverse background.
