Candidates with a corporate background are likely to be best suited as the position will involve some M&A, JVs and generally project managing a range of issues with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the organisation is able to launch in a number of new jurisdictions. The position will involve considering a wide range of issues including corporate, governance, regulatory and other issues, in conjunction with other teams and counsel across the globe.
