Education Lawyer - Part time

LAW Absolute are working with a local authority based in London who are seeking an interim Education Lawyer. The role is being offered on a part time basis.

The successful Education Lawyer will be required to pick up an existing caseload of SEN matters, SENDIST Tribunals, exclusions, and general advice work. It is essential you have worked as an Education Lawyer and have provided broad advice in this area. This is a temporary role for three months initially and requires the candidate to hold a current practising certificate.

Previous local government experience would be advantageous.
