An established and successful Legal 500 firm in Dorking is recruiting into its strong, busy residential property department.
You will work closely with an experienced partner on a wide range of matters, to include all sales and purchases on leasehold and freehold properties, new-build homes, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and first registrations.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years' PQE in residential property.
The firm is already very busy and has a great reputation with local agents. This is an excellent career development opportunity for someone who is ambitious and keen to develop or build on a great name for themselves in the local market.
