An opportunity for an ambitious commercial property solicitor is in demand for an established firm in Surrey/southwest London, who will gain a guaranteed partnership position in quick succession.
You will handle varied complex commercial property matters from inception to completion. However, you will be part of a supportive and encouraging team with dedicated support on hand.
With a recent influx of work, the duties of the role will include a full range of commercial properties from low-level to high-value.
You will be working closely with an equity partner handling:
- Sales and purchases
- Property investment
- Leasing
- Property finance
In order to apply you must be:
- Technically and business-minded, who has the ability to work autonomously
- A UK qualified solicitor
- 3+ years of PQE
You will have a good grounding in commercial property and be confident to run your own caseload.
