A Commercial Litigation Solicitor requirement with a leading Legal 500 firm has emerged with a long-term client based in their Kettering office.
The role requires not only a strong commercial litigation solicitor of ideally 4-5 years' PQE but also a proven fee earner with strong billable performance in their current role. The ideal candidate will ideally have exposure to contract disputes, shareholder and director disputes, property disputes and wider commercial litigation work. The firm is growing, and the commercial arm of the business is continually winning new clients mainly from the IT, recruitment, haulage and manufacturing sectors locally.
