This leading regional law firm is seeking to add a Junior Commercial Property Solicitor to their team in Worcester. This firm is planning on adding the Commercial Property Solicitor – who will either have qualified in September 2021 or is going to qualify in March 2022 – to their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
About the Role
The Commercial Property Solicitor will have the following responsibilities:
- Building relationships with clients and managing client contact.
- Taking on matters relating to rural work.
- Providing technical expertise within commercial property, as well as agriculture and unregistered land matters.
About Your Profile
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
- Technical knowledge and experience within commercial property, agriculture, and unregistered land matters.
- Newly Qualified Solicitors will have completed at least one seat within commercial property or gained some exposure to agriculture work.
- Applications are welcomed from Solicitors and Legal Executives from all experience levels.
