Commercial Legal Counsel for an Investment Management firm fully remote working potential 9 months FTC

  • Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial contracts relating to the firm’s retail asset management and corporate activities including outsourcing agreements, procurement contracts, market data licensing agreements, software licenses, cloud and other technology vendor agreements, marketing contracts and intergroup agreements.
  • Advising on general contract law and topical legal issues. 
  • Working effectively with lawyers and stakeholders in other regions to advise on legal aspects of global or EMEA wide initiatives and assist with global contract reviews.
  • Managing external counsel on matters such as HR, property, disputes, M&A, intra-group financing arrangements.
  • UK qualified solicitor OR lawyer qualified in another jurisdiction with relevant experience
  • Fully remote working potential
  • 9 months FTC completing August 2022
