My client is currently looking for a lawyer with payments regulatory experience.
Ideally you will have experience within this not only for the UK but across the European Union and also perhaps wider EMEA and ASIAPAC.
Your role will be to monitor and advise on the development and legal implications within the payments regulatory space, advise on update in laws, impact and make recommendations. Assist with updating documentation and possible contracts to reflect the regulation.
You will be familiar ideally with PSD2, interchange fee regulations, AML, Emoney issues etc.
The role is an initial 12 month contract with potential to go full time in the future.
Your level of experience will be around 7 years.
Qualified Lawyer /Solicitor
