Exciting opportunity to get involved in a niche commercial property team.
In this role you will work alongside an existing team of 4 fee earners. For a small department they have a lot of exciting projects on the go with developers, private investors, and larger companies.
You will get the chance to be involved at every stage of the commercial property transaction.
To apply for this role, you should already have property law experience from working in a law firm.
Although commercial property experience is ideal, those with a residential property background who are looking to transfer to commercial work are very welcome to apply. You will of course need to demonstrate drive and willingness to learn all things commercial!
There may be some typing involved in your responsibilities, but this is not a secretarial position, and you will not need audio typing skills. That said, this role could suit a senior secretary looking for the next step up.
Excellent salary up to £24k + exposure to and direct contact with an excellent client base.
