The team supports clients through all stages of the demise curve, acting for a variety of clients, including, but not limited to, financial institutions, retailers, insolvency practitioners to turnaround directors, many of which are household names.
This role offers a great deal of involvement, where you will support the whole team and gain hands on experience throughout.
Ideally you will be a newly qualified solicitor (or have less than 3PQE) with experience in a seat or a related area of law and an interest in specialising in restructuring and insolvency.
