Residential Conveyancer- Torquay

Excellent opportunity for a Property Legal Executive/ Residential Conveyancer to join one of the South West's largest law firms.

Our client are currently looking for a Legal Executive/ Residential Conveyancer to join their busy Property team in Torquay, Devon.

The role will involve handling your own caseload with minimum supervision. Your caseload will consist of a variety of Residential matters, such as advising clients on the buying and selling of properties, transfer of equity, shared ownership and remortgages.

To be considered, you must be either CILEx qualified or a Licensed Conveyancer. You must also have experience of handling your own residential property caseload.

Salary will depend on experience.
