Senior Property Lawyer

Salary £44,862 - £48,874 p

Full time, 37 hours per week, Permanent

Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting a Senior Property including:

  • Commercial landlord and tenant matters
  • Development and regeneration projects
  • The role will involve working closely with a range of departments across the council including providing advice to members

The successful applicant will need a good working knowledge and awareness of developments in relevant areas of law, the ability to maintain good working relationships and be able to promote and maintain effective working practices, whilst complying with the highest practice standards as embedded in the LEXCEL accreditation.
