A vacancy for a commercial property solicitor has arisen at this well-established firm in the West End of London. The firm is best known for its work in the commercial property sector, acting for an array of clients including major landlords, high profile tenant clients, investors, developers and banks.
The team is seeking a solicitor to deal with a broad range of work, including acquisitions, disposals, commercial lease work and potentially some property finance.
You’ll probably be at least one year qualified and be comfortable running your own caseload with minimal supervision as well as dealing with clients, although support is available from several experienced partners in the team as and when you need it.
The role would suit a junior commercial property solicitor from another Central London firm, or someone from a good regional practice looking to move into London.
