THE ROLE
A commercial lawyer is sought to join the Marketing Support Legal Team.
The work will focus strongly on commercial contracts, and you will have had exposure to complex commercial contract negotiations including framework and umbrella agreements.
You will have the ability to demonstrate a solid commercial understanding of how to structure different types of contracts and significant drafting experience beyond working from internal templates.
As an in house lawyer you will deal with competing demands, multiple requests and prioritise conflicting deadlines.
Experience of working with well-known brands would be beneficial,
ABOUT YOU
A lawyer with 2pqe+ you will be able to handle, inter alia,
-Framework agreements with creative agencies or collaboration agreements.
-Sponsorship agreements for large-scale brand sponsorships or events for example sporting or music events.
-Agreements with designers, photographers, influencers, event management companies or for product placements photographers.
-Agreements with celebrities and / or their talent management agencies.
-Licences, assignments or novations and variation documents.
-Template documents and supporting guidance notes for use by the business and the Legal team.
With a collaborative, friendly and proactive approach, you will have the ability to take projects forward with minimal supervision.
