Our reputable client based in Stoke on Trent is looking to add a commercial property solicitor around 2-4 years' PQE to its team. The firm can offer a friendly and supportive environment and a competitive salary along with opportunities to progress!
The commercial property team, comprised of a solicitor, trainee and secretary, handles the full range of commercial property work on behalf of a range of clients to include landlords and tenants, occupiers, developers and investors. They are now looking for a commercial property solicitor around 2-4 years' post qualification experience who can handle a varied caseload to include acquisitions and sales, commercial landlord and tenant matters, property development and investment work.
Our client is looking for a local candidate who is motivated, ambitious and organised, as well as being a good team player with the ability to provide excellent service standards to clients. There is parking close to the office and the firm offers a collaborative and supportive working environment.
