Conveyancing Paralegal - Bristol

The firm prides itself on taking an independent approach to residential conveyancing where lawyers take pride in handling files through to completion whilst providing first class client care.
Its solicitors and lawyers offer their clients high calibre, streamlined and cost-competitive residential conveyancing work on an international scale.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Working out of the firms Bristol office, you'll work in a busy department providing support to the case handlers with post completion matters, including stamp duty land tax returns and service notices. You'll be exposed to high quality work on a national and international scale. This is a fantastic opportunity for a paralegal keen to develop their experience within a high calibre and busy residential conveyancing team. Working with leading lawyers in their field, you will be supported and developed in your knowledge of residential property.
REQUIREMENTS
You will have gained previous experience in a conveyancing environment and be confident in supporting the fee earners. You will possess strong problem solving skills, be enthusiastic and be able to work efficiently in this high performing private client conveyancing team. You will also have a good understanding of the conveyancing process from start to finish, be a confident communicator with good attention to detail.
