As a Plot Sales Paralegal working within the Plot Sales Cluster at our Mindcrest Delivery Centre in Manchester, your focus will be on progressing matters, under supervision, to an effective and satisfactory conclusion, whilst providing and maintaining management information under the terms of the client service level agreement.

Your responsibilities as Paralegal will include:

• Actioning all cases in line with standards and protocols.
• Using the Document Management system/automated suite of documentation to maximise efficiency.
• Proactively completing/assisting in the completion of matters to the satisfaction of the client, whilst further developing legal technical knowledge.
• Analysing risk and developing sound judgement to justify decisions in the management of matters.
• Prioritising work to ensure client service level agreements and deadlines are met – and proactively seeking to increase your contribution.

To make the most of this Paralegal opportunity you should have:

• Solid experience of and a passion for Real Estate.
• A clear interest in developing your expertise in Plot Sales.
• The confidence to thrive within a commercial environment.
• Strong communication skills, team skills and attention to detail.

Preference is given for experience of working for developer clients in the shared/affordable housing space.
