An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate & Commercial Solicitor at Partner level. You will either be a Partner currently or a Senior Solicitor looking to take that step up in your career by joining a new firm at Partner level.
This forward-thinking leading law firm based in Poole has a proven track record for success and is looking for a Senior Lawyer in its corporate & commercial team in this key placement. The firm has an ambitious strategy and a strong management team in an exciting growth stage. Experience of supervising junior members of the team is required.
You will be handling a quality general commercial caseload including company and business sales and purchases, contract drafting and negotiation (covering all types of contracts including Terms & Conditions of Sale/ Purchase; Supply/ Distribution/ Agency /Franchise agreements etc.), private equity/ investment documentation and other corporate finance related transactions.
Your role as a Corporate & Commercial Partner will involve:
• Handling own busy caseload as well as being involved in supervision of the team
• Exposure to a wide range of clients based in the local area, as well as nationally and internationally
• Being active in business development in gaining new clients and grow your own caseload
